Fakir Fashion Limited's Washing Department is devoted to improving garment quality and appeal by utilizing modern washing and finishing procedures. Our department specializes in a wide range of methods, including enzyme wash, stone wash, acid wash, and bleach wash, all of which are designed to achieve specific textures and appearances while preserving fabric color and durability. Inbound fabrics at the washing facility are batched, sorted and inspected for quality before being dispatched into their particular treatment destinations according to their individual requirements)

Depending on the set of treatment complexities required, the wash garments are then ushered through different procedures each adding or subtracting specific values and properties of the garment. One Garment may require multiple wash finishes in which every step of the way is carefully monitored so that the desired effects may be acquired. Acid wash fading, grinding (destroyed) finish, Color spraying, innovative tie dye techniques, Cold pad batch dyeing, Garment over dye, bleaching & various wash finishes through chemical treatments are a strong suit of FFL washing facility. 

Each garment is thoroughly tested to ensure that it meets our high-quality requirements, including color fastness, shrinkage control, and overall look.
